Application
1.PQ-10 is an excellent anti-static and conditioning agent in various hair care products. It clings to the hair keratin, which is
negatively charged after being washed with anionic surfactants and forms a positively charged surface. Such a positively charged surface(a thin film) gives the hair a soft and shiny feel and increases the hair body and suppleness observably.
